A booking is considered confirmed once the required booking information has been received and any applicable payment or deposit has been completed.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, including:

- Number of travelers
- Hotel or pickup location
- Travel date
- Contact details
- Any special requirements
Incorrect or incomplete information may affect the service provided.
3. Prices
Prices are displayed according to the details of each experience and may vary depending on the number of travelers, selected options, transportation requirements, or additional services.
Unless otherwise stated, any service or expense not specifically listed as included is not included in the tour price.
4. Payments
Payment requirements depend on the experience booked.
Where applicable, customers will be informed of the payment method, deposit, or remaining balance before the booking is confirmed.
5. Tour Changes
King David Tours may make reasonable changes to the itinerary when necessary because of weather, road conditions, site restrictions, operational circumstances, or other factors outside our reasonable control.
We will make reasonable efforts to maintain the main experience and inform the customer of significant changes.
6. Pickup and Transportation
Customers are responsible for providing the correct pickup location and being ready at the agreed pickup time.
Reasonable waiting time may be provided, but significant delays caused by the customer may affect the itinerary and may result in additional charges.
7. Personal Belongings
Customers are responsible for their personal belongings during tours and transfers.
King David Tours is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings unless caused by our proven negligence.
8. Activities and Safety
Some experiences may include activities such as ATV riding, desert activities, boat trips, or other outdoor experiences.
Customers must follow the instructions provided by guides, drivers, activity operators, and site authorities.
King David Tours reserves the right to refuse participation in an activity when we reasonably believe that a customer’s participation may create a safety risk.
9. Children
Parents or guardians are responsible for children traveling with them and must follow any age, height, or safety requirements applicable to specific activities.
10. Customer Conduct
Customers are expected to behave respectfully toward guides, drivers, staff, local communities, religious sites, monuments, and other guests.
King David Tours may terminate a service without refund if a customer’s behavior creates a serious safety risk, causes damage, or seriously disrupts the experience of others.
11. Third-Party Services
Some services may involve independent third-party providers, including boat operators, activity providers, attractions, restaurants, or other local suppliers.
Where such providers are involved, their operational rules and safety requirements may also apply.
12. Force Majeure
King David Tours shall not be held responsible for failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including extreme weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, road closures, strikes, transportation disruptions, or other unforeseen events.
13. Website Information
We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on our website accurate and up to date. However, photographs, descriptions, schedules, and availability may occasionally change.
