Cancellation & Returns Policy

Last Updated: August 28, 2026

At King David Tours, we understand that travel plans can change. Our Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how cancellations, changes, and refunds are handled.

1. Customer Cancellation

Cancellation terms may vary depending on the tour or service booked.

Unless a different cancellation policy is clearly stated on the specific booking or agreed in writing, the following general policy applies:

  • More than 48 hours before the scheduled service: eligible for a full refund of amounts paid, excluding any non-refundable third-party fees that have already been incurred.
  • 24–48 hours before the scheduled service: eligible for a refund of up to 50% of the amount paid, depending on costs already committed.
  • Less than 24 hours before the scheduled service or no-show: generally non-refundable.

2. No-Show

If a customer does not appear at the agreed pickup location and does not contact King David Tours within a reasonable time, the booking may be treated as a no-show and may be non-refundable.

3. Late Arrival

If a customer arrives late and the delay affects the itinerary, some activities or visits may need to be shortened, changed, or cancelled.

Additional costs caused by significant customer delays may be charged to the customer.

4. Changes to a Booking

Customers may request changes to the date, number of travelers, pickup location, or itinerary.

Changes are subject to availability and may result in additional costs.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requested changes whenever possible.

5. Cancellation by King David Tours

If King David Tours must cancel a service because of circumstances within our reasonable control, we will offer an appropriate alternative or refund according to the circumstances.

If cancellation is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, government restrictions, road closures, or other force majeure events, we will work with the customer to find a reasonable alternative.

6. Third-Party Costs

Some bookings may include non-refundable payments or reservations made with third-party suppliers.

Where such costs have already been incurred and cannot be recovered, they may be deducted from any applicable refund.

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

The time required for the refund to appear in the customer’s account may depend on the payment provider or bank.

8. Special Booking Conditions

Certain tours, activities, tickets, transportation services, or special arrangements may have different cancellation conditions.

If a specific booking has different cancellation terms, those terms will take precedence over this general policy.
